About Me
I grew up in Shelby, MT a small town near the Canadian border. I went to college at Montana State University receiving a degree in Biological Sciences and Environmental Horticulture. I was awarded the Jerry O’Neal National Park Service Student Fellowship where I spent the summer of 2015 doing my own research on bats roosting in building in Glacier National Park. In February of 2014, I began climbing. That summer I took my first trip to Ten Sleep, Wyo where I decided to try to pursue climbing and all it had to offer. Within a couple years I began teaching kids at the local climbing gym which lead to coaching team kids and setting routes. Recently I have been seeking out trad climbing pushing myself mentally and physically in, Yosemite Valley, Tuolumne, Indian Creek, Red Rocks, Joshua Tree, Spain, Bishop, the Red River Gorge, and Chatanooga.
I am currently working for the amazing http://theclimbingacademy.org/
Traveling and experiencing the world while teaching, coaching, and climbing with high schoolers.
I like ROCKS and Wondering in the wilderness
